Job summary

Martin's Point Health Care is seeking a Vice President of Pharmacy Services to provide strategic leadership for all pharmacy operations and related vendors, including the Mail Order Pharmacy for USFHP. This role oversees CMS compliance, value-based performance, and collaboration across Mgmt, Finance, Nursing, and Population Health to optimize clinical and fiscal outcomes.

The position requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with licensure in Maine and New Hampshire, and at least 10 years of managed

Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Maine and New Hampshire pharmacy license (or eligible).
• 10 years of experience including managed care and retail pharmacy experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Pharmacy division to meet financial and performance targets.
• Direct full scope of pharmacy operations including formulary management, prior authorizations, and billing oversight.
• Ensure readiness for payer, regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
• Establish and oversee pharmacy performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure policies are clinically sound with evidence-based management activities.
• Partner across departments to align clinical, administrative, and business processes.
