Centene Corporation seeks a senior leader to develop and oversee the pharmacy benefit management program across multiple product lines and locations. You will drive governance, policy, formulary strategy and drug pipeline management to improve quality and affordability.

The role requires 10+ years in clinical pharmacy and PBM, with strong leadership and vendor management experience. A PharmD is preferred and a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• 10+ years of clinical pharmacy care and experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical care and PBM practices.
• Previous management experience incl. hiring, training and performance management.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and oversee the PBM program across multiple product lines and locations.
• Provide enterprise leadership for pharmacy clinical operations including P&T governance and formulary strategy.
• Lead pharmacy trend management, high-cost therapy strategies and rebate negotiations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute enterprise pharmacy strategies.
• Oversee vendor relationships and regulatory readiness.
