Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a dynamic Vice President of People to lead the HR function for over 2,500 team members.

This executive will design and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that enhances organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, and the executive team to align people strategies with objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive role.
• Experience leading HR transformations and change at scale.
• Experience managing a distributed workforce across multiple units.
• Strong influencing, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design short and long‑term talent strategies aligned with ClearChoice’s objectives.
• Advise the President & CEO on people topics and issues.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing HR leadership team.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align workforce planning and hires.
• Develop talent programs including succession planning and career pathing.
• Set objectives and key results for the People team and track progress.
• Lead change management to meet evolving business needs.
• Ensure HR policies comply with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, Field Team Leaders and other stakeholders.
• Provide counsel on complex employee relations issues when necessary.
• Use data to measure success and drive proactive HR actions.
