The role provides executive leadership for HR practices, ensuring compliant policies and long-range talent management goals while partnering with leadership to drive company success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration; advanced degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with Part 121/135 airline industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training management personnel.
• Develop training programs and oversee HR workflow.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal programs.
