Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools in New York is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner to architect talent strategy and organizational design across our network. Qualifications

• 12 to 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience leading HRBP/People Partner teams.
• Executive-level influence serving as strategic advisor to C-Suite and Senior Leaders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into executive HR strategies.
• Alignment with Success Academy’s mission and high-velocity operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the People Partner team to elevate HR delivery standards.
