Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Ten+ years experience in senior leadership overseeing administrative functions including workforce management, vendor relations, facilities maintenance, and compliance.
• Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, Medicaid-funded, government, or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and organizational development.
