National Parks Conservation Association is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources in Washington, DC (Hybrid) to lead the HR function and partner with executive leadership. The role oversees strategy, talent management, compensation, and benefits while ensuring compliance and organizational culture.

The incumbent will guide workforce planning, executive recruitment, and employee development, driving inclusion and belonging across NPCA. This is a senior leadership position reporting to the COO.

Formación

• BS degree in HR, psychology, or related discipline; MS preferred.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification desirable.
• 9–10 years of progressive HR experience including leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute the strategic vision for NPCA's HR department in alignment with the mission.
• Advise the CEO, Executive Team, and Board on workforce, culture and people matters.
• Lead recruitment, talent development, compensation, benefits, policy, and risk management.
