Job summary

Jericho Road Community Health Center is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead human resources across our sites, with primary location at 181 Barton. This full-time executive role guides talent strategy, compensation, benefits, and organizational development for a mission-driven healthcare nonprofit.

The role requires significant HR leadership and the ability to partner with senior leaders to advance equity, inclusion, and staff wellbeing while supporting global outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive leadership experience in human resources and a strong track record delivering HR strategies.
• Experience in talent management, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience serving as trusted advisor to senior leaders and coaching through complex people matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for Jericho Road’s human resources and people strategy.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and learning and development.
• Strengthen systems for performance, accountability, recognition, and workforce planning.
• Partner with leaders on complex employee relations matters and ensure compliant employment practices.
• Oversee HR resources, systems, budget, and team performance with data-driven decisions.
• Develop leadership development strategies and succession planning for key roles.
