Qualifications

• Strong strategic planning and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all HR functions including employment, compensation, benefits, and policy administration.
• Lead policy development and ensure compliance with laws at all levels.
• Translate HR data into strategies to improve performance and culture.
• Supervise HR staff and align culture with organizational goals.
• Guide labor relations and manage union interactions.
