Job summary

One Hope United seeks a Vice President of Human Resources to lead enterprise HR strategy across multiple states and programs. You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to align workforce plans with organizational priorities and financial sustainability.

You will strengthen HR systems, governance and analytics, drive talent acquisition and retention, and oversee compensation, benefits and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
• Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise HR strategy aligned with OHU's plan and growth.
• Serve as senior HR advisor to CEO, executive team and leadership.
• Partner with Operations and Finance on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Establish a consistent HR operating model across programs, locations and states.
• Ensure compliance, employee relations and policy administration in partnership with Legal/Risk.
• Lead enterprise recruiting and retention strategies for mission-critical roles.
• Strengthen compensation benchmarking, benefits and total rewards strategies.
