Job summary

COMC seeks a Head of People to lead our HR function, reporting to the CEO. This hands-on leader guides engagement, employee relations, and people operations for a growing, multi-location team.

You’ll design programs that connect people to business outcomes, scale HR operations, and partner with leadership to foster a strong culture across sites. You’ll manage hiring, compensation alignment, development, and compliance, with a focus on data-driven decision making and fair, transparent processes.

Qualifications

• Seasoned HR leader who aligns people strategy with business goals.
• Hands-on, data-driven partner who can operate in a small, fast-moving team.
• Experience building and running engagement and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and execs to translate business goals into people priorities.
• Oversee org design, workforce planning, and leader effectiveness across units.
• Define and track people metrics tied to business performance.
• Lead change initiatives and communication plans with clear roadmaps.
• Manage compensation, performance, and development programs for scale.
