Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and board eligibility/certification in Anesthesiology.
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology required.
• Minimum 7 years post-residency clinical experience focusing on pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for clinical, educational, and research activities in the Department of Anesthesiology.
• Oversee pediatric anesthesia services across perioperative care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Lead development of departmental protocols and quality initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, and credential anesthesia faculty and staff.
• Manage department budget and capital planning.
• Lead scholarly activities in pediatric anesthesiology.
