Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a comprehensive patient engagement strategy for marketed indications and brands.
• Deliver end‑to‑end personalized patient journeys across channels and geographies, enabled by digital capabilities.
• Engage with patients and stakeholders to ensure patient voice informs journeys and solutions.
• Oversee patient programs performance and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Provide thought leadership on external trends and emerging technologies for patient experience.
• Oversee affordability strategy and programs ensuring seamless copay experiences.
