Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical certificate from an accredited technical college, trade school, vocational school, or apprenticeship program.
• 15 years of work experience with equipment maintenance, repair, or similar.
• 5 years demonstrated successful collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to follow complex instructions with the fabrication and assembly of packaging with no supervision and mentor younger personnel.
• 5 year experience with quality assurance, maintenance record keeping, and related efforts.
• Track record of identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement.
• Experience working with the US Air Force.
• 3 years experience working with the Air Force Packaging Technology & Engineering Facility (AFPTEF).
• Effective written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, and Excel.
