Job summary

AttachCo is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing operations across its growing portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, you will align strategy with execution, improve performance across multiple facilities, and develop leaders to support growth.

You will oversee three manufacturing sites in Athens, TN; Decatur, TN; and Denton, NC, with 400+ employees, driving enterprise manufacturing excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience across multi-site operations.
• Proven track record leading senior operational leaders and cross-functional executive teams.
• Proven Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence and business transformation.
• Experience driving strategic execution in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong financial, operational, and commercial business acumen.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise manufacturing operations.
• Coach General Managers while improving accountability.
• Establish common operating standards, KPIs, and governance.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost performance.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Sales, and Product Management.
• Develop operational leaders and succession plans.
• Translate strategic priorities into disciplined execution.
