Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, AS9100, and ISO 9001.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally and work beyond standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Directs development and implementation of production activities to meet goals.
• Staffing decisions, training and performance management of staff.
• Plan schedules, budgets and capital expenditures as needed.
• Improve processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
