Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in affordable housing, real estate, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and complex operating environments.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience managing regulated programs, compliance requirements, and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field.
• Mission-driven leader with ability to balance strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across housing, asset management, property operations, finance, construction, and compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and long-term sustainability initiatives.
• Partner with the Board and senior leadership on strategic planning and priorities.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement and resource optimization.
• Develop and mentor staff while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations, funding, audits, and risk management.
