• Ten years of supervisory, management, or executive experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operatons and capital projects; oversee O&M, Engineering, Procurement, and Safety.
• Provide executive direction for administration of major transfer agreements and budget processes.
• Represent the Executive Director with federal, state, and local agencies and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across departments to achieve high organizational efficiency and policy execution.
