Job summary

AlffCo is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead enterprise operations across the nation from Omaha, NE. This role partners with the CEO to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth.

The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, risk management, and organizational development, while building high-performing teams and delivering measurable results across business units, service lines, and markets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive leadership and communication at senior levels.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actions.
• Advanced financial acumen, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to establish and manage company-wide KPIs and dashboards.
• Experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational leadership across geographies, service lines, and markets.
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, priorities, and objectives.
• Set clear standards, accountability, and performance cadence across the organization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and resource allocation to drive profitability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures for performance review.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and profitability.
• Partner with CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives and investments.
