Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Clinical background preferred but not required.
• Experience partnering with physicians, nurses, and other clinical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate operational strategy for enterprise clinical and operational functions.
• Lead budgeting and financial planning for major enterprise areas.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance metrics across hospitals and ambulatory settings.
• Represent the organization in external relations and strategic partnerships.
