Arts Admin Jobs is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to partner with the Executive Director and align strategy, operations, revenue, and education across three Cincinnati arts organizations. You will lead strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational growth, while strengthening partnerships with community partners and the CSO.

The role focuses on improving processes, expanding audience reach, and ensuring sustainable impact through data-driven decision making and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in nonprofit, arts, or mission-driven organizations.
• Experience with strategy, operations, team leadership, and growth.
• Experience managing budgets and revenue-generating activities.
• Experience supporting governance and boards of directors.
• Experience donor stewardship and fundraising initiatives.
• Experience overseeing marketing, communications, and audience development.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute long-range strategy for May Festival, VAE and Cincinnati Boychoir.
• Drive progress by analyzing data and reporting to leadership and the board.
• Build organizational infrastructure to support growth and staffing needs.
• Optimize internal processes to advance strategic initiatives.
• Lead earned revenue strategies including pricing, ticketing, and programs.
• Guide content, messaging, and brand across communications teams.
• steward fundraising and donor engagement to support grants and giving.
