Instructional Empowerment is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to act as the CEO's strategic operating partner, translating visions into disciplined execution across the company. You will lead the operating rhythm, develop exceptional leaders, build scalable systems, establish three high-performing business units and align departments around measurable goals.

Chief Operating Officer Instructional Empowerment exists to transform teaching and learning so every student has access to rigorous, engaging instruction that prepares them for success in school and life. We partner with school districts across the country to improve instructional practice, strengthen leadership, and produce measurable gains in student achievement.
Our work is driven by a bold purpose; helping schools eliminate achievement gaps and break cycles of generational poverty by improving the quality of Tier 1 instruction.
Today we are a mid-size company with approximately 100 employees serving districts nationwide. Tomorrow, we intend to become the premier partner for instructional transformation in K-12 education.
