Job summary

Community Heart & Soul is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to partner with the President and strengthen daily operations, staff coordination, financial discipline, technology, contracts, systems, and follow-through.

This hands-on, practical leader will help the organization grow without compromising the trust, flexibility, and spirit that define Community Heart & Soul, while maintaining accountability and strong operational controls.
