Job summary

Community Heart & Soul is seeking a hands-on Chief Operating Officer to help our organization grow while preserving its soul. You will work directly with the President to strengthen daily operations, staff coordination, financial discipline, technology, contracts, and systems.

We seek a practical, organized leader with sound judgment who can keep pace, solve problems, and maintain trust and flexibility as we expand to more small towns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on chief operating officer leadership experience (non-profit preferred).
