Job summary

Beyond CorpComm, LLC is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead Intake, Case Management, Negotiations and Settlement in a fast-moving, high-volume personal injury environment.

The COO will drive operational velocity, throughput and accountability, working through Directors and Managers to translate KPIs into decisive action. This on-site executive role requires strong analytical focus and strategic thinking.

A high-growth personal injury legal platform is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead and strengthen a complex, high-volume operating environment spanning Intake, Case Management, Negotiations and Settlement.

The COO will be responsible for increasing operational velocity, case throughput, accountability and performance predictability while leading through Directors and Managers and ensuring that KPIs translate into decisive action.

The ideal executive brings:

• Significant senior leadership experience in a complex, high-volume operation
• Exceptional prioritization and decisional speed
• Strong executive presence and direct communication
• Demonstrated success improving throughput, productivity, cycle time and/or revenue realization
• Experience leading multiple functions through Directors and Managers
• Strong analytical and financial orientation
• The ability to drive accountability without becoming consumed by tactical detail

Relevant backgrounds may include legal services, claims, insurance, healthcare, financial services or other high-volume operating environments. Direct personal injury experience is not required.
