Cnected is looking for an experienced senior executive to lead internal operations across Mavagi Enterprises, Inc. and E.Q.U.I.P. Enterprises, Inc. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a leadership role and demonstrate a thorough understanding of financial management and compliance with government contracts.
This role demands the capability to inspire teams towards a shared mission while ensuring both organizations deliver on their commitments. Competitive compensation package includes medical insurance and paid time off.
This Role Is Not For Everyone. It Might Be For You.
For over 25 years, Mavagi Enterprises, Inc. (MEI) and E.Q.U.I.P. Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) have created meaningful employment for veterans and people with disabilities through federal contracts under the AbilityOne/JWOD Program and EEI's WorksWonders program. Together, these two nonprofit organizations form a mission-driven, people-first enterprise built on real contracts, real accountability, and real impact. This is not a supporting role. This is the person who keeps both organizations running, growing, and delivering on the promise that brought them into existence. You will own internal operations across two entities, lead a team of directors, and report directly to the CEO. When the CEO is unavailable, you are the organization. You see around corners. You make decisions and stand behind them. You hold people accountable without losing them. You can sit in a board meeting and walk a contract site on the same day and be exactly who the moment needs in both places.
