- Set and enforce operating standards for food quality, service, safety, and guest experience
- Build and scale operational infrastructure to support unit growth and new market entry
- Oversee labor models, scheduling, and productivity standards across locations
- Partner with culinary/BOH leadership on menu execution, food cost, and supply chain efficiency
Team & Culture
- Recruit, develop, and retain General Managers and regional/district leadership
- Build training programs and career pathing to support a scalable, high-performing workforce
- Foster a strong service culture that reflects brand values across every location
- Establish performance metrics and accountability systems for field leadership
- Partner with the CEO on unit growth strategy, including new site selection and opening plans
- Lead new restaurant openings, from pre-opening planning through post-launch stabilization
- Evaluate and implement technology and systems to improve operational efficiency (POS, inventory, labor management)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and licensing regulations across all markets
- Present operational performance and strategic recommendations to ownership/executive leadership
What You Bring
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-unit food & beverage
- Proven experience leading multi-unit operations (regional, multi-state, or national scale)
- Track record of driving P&L performance and operational KPIs across a growing portfolio
- Experience leading new unit openings and scaling operations through growth
- Strong people-leadership skills with experience building and developing field leadership teams
- Working knowledge of food safety, labor law, and hospitality compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered
