Job summary

Jobtailor in Indianapolis, IN seeks a strategic operations leader to translate executive priorities into scalable systems and align operations with technology, finance and governance. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive KPIs, revenue growth, and performance across business lines.

The role requires deep experience in managing enterprise operations, budgeting, and cross-functional teams, with a focus on data governance and cybersecurity practices. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations.
• At least 5 years in a senior or executive role.
• Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams inside a mission-driven organization.
• Oversaw enterprise operations across multiple functional areas: IT, HR, Finance, or e-commerce.
• Comfortable in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation conversations.
• Experience supervising senior leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Led organizational change and operational improvements.
• Oversight of digital platforms and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of data governance and cybersecurity practices.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a valued plus, though not a requirement.
