Streamex is seeking a Chief of Staff to closely support the Chief Investment Officer, ensuring priorities are organized, data-driven decisions are made, and projects move across teams. The role requires strong analytical capability, startup experience, and comfort working with executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will own dashboarding, reporting, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders while navigating ambiguity and complex priorities at Streamex.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or equivalent cross-functional roles.
• Technology startup experience is required.
• Experience directly supporting a CEO/Founder/CIO/CTO or other C-suite executive is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data, metrics, reporting, dashboards, or executive-level analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, with ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to the CIO, managing priorities and follow-through across initiatives.
• Maintain visibility of CIO's key initiatives with clear tracking of deadlines and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects ensuring communication and commitments stay on track.
• Prepare the CIO for meetings by gathering and organizing relevant information.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and summaries to provide visibility into performance and progress.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities requiring leadership attention.
• Turn meetings into actionable items with owners, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CIO.
• Manage complex scheduling and shifting executive priorities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications.
• Keep information organized and accessible to quickly surface what is happening across the business.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives requiring cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Anticipate needs and proactively bring solutions forward.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
