Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO for a remote, US-based role. You will act as a strategic multiplier, shaping executive communications, operating cadence, and top initiatives across the organization to keep the business aligned.

You will translate leadership priorities into clear narratives, prepare the CEO for public speaking and investor materials, and drive cross-functional execution with the executive team. Remote work options within the US are available.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Chief of Staff, strategy, or business operations roles.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to write in a senior executive's voice.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data synthesis.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and collaboration tools.
• Strong AI fluency and experience applying AI tools in executive work.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects without formal authority.
• Experience with operating cadence design and annual planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver impactful CEO communications for diverse audiences.
• Prepare the CEO for public speaking engagements and manage speaking requests.
• Draft company-wide announcements and thought leadership content.
• Set agendas and drive discussions for executive team meetings.
• Organize key meeting calendars and logistics for the executive team.
• Own the narrative and coordination for board and investor materials.
• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.
