Fair Labor Association seeks a Chief of Staff to coordinate day-to-day operations, manage strategic initiatives, and help focus the President and CEO's time on high-value priorities. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the role strengthens leadership collaboration, decision processes, and cross-team alignment across governance, programs, finance, operations, and communications.

This Level 6 position can be performed remotely from any location in the U.S.

Qualificações

• Significant senior-level experience in mission-driven organizations.
• Proven ability to advise top executives and manage conflicting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex information.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the President and CEO in day-to-day operations and allocate time strategically.
• Facilitate senior leadership communication to promote collaboration and productivity.
• Coordinate board meetings and governance with the Board Liaison.
• Ensure decisions and context are clearly communicated to staff and stakeholders.
• Set priorities, workflows, and budgets for the executive office.
• Other duties as assigned by the President and CEO.
