Bisnow in New York is seeking a high-ambition executive who will act as the CEO's execution arm across the business. You will drive cross-functional initiatives across sales, content, events, marketing, and finance, turning vision into concrete actions and outcomes.

You will structure leadership rhythms, own multi-market planning, and lead end-to-end projects, including new market launches and product rollouts. A strong writer with financial acumen will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a fast-moving operating role with clear scope and ownership.
• Direct experience working with executives, and exposure to media, events, or multi-revenue lines is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to turn vision into actionable plans and outcomes.
• Ability to earn respect across departments and operate with high agency.
• Strong written communication for concise, structured updates.
• Financial literacy enough to analyze P&L and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Be the CEO's execution arm across the business, integrating priorities into cross-functional work.
• Operationalize leadership rhythms and drive performance across markets and revenue lines.
• Lead cross-functional projects end to end, from planning to execution.
• Stand in for the CEO when needed, maintaining momentum and providing clear next steps.
• Turn strategy into operating systems by diagnosing inefficiencies and implementing fixes.
• Handle confidential people, transition, and transaction work with total discretion.
