You will develop communications plans, prepare briefing materials, oversee business administration, and build relationships with stakeholders including government and industry partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 7+ years leadership experience in construction or related sector.
• Experience managing construction regulations and policies.
• Strong strategic communication and organizational leadership.
• Excellent executive communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives and enable informed decision-making.
• Develop and implement strategic communication plans for company goals.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for leadership.
• Lead leadership development and cross-department collaboration programs.
• Oversee business administration functions and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate across departments to align initiatives with objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, government agencies, and partners.
• Provide leadership on public policy matters affecting the industry.
• Represent CAMP Facility Services, LLC in external meetings and forums.
• Perform other duties as assigned by executive leadership.
