Job summary

StealthCo is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO to build the platform from the ground up in Nashville. As one of the first executive hires, you will turn strategy into execution by leading post-acquisition integrations, building scalable processes, establishing operating rhythms, and creating visibility for fast, informed decisions.

This executive role reports to the CEO, presents at Board Meetings, and evaluates acquisitions at the Investment Committee.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build processes from scratch.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical thinker who learns quickly.
• Comfort with financial modeling and analysis.
• Knowledge of AI and modern tech tools.
• Understanding of business profitability and levers.
• Experience in FinTech, consulting, real estate or investment banking.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA/MSF/JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define OKRs with the CEO and manage the OKR process.
• Work with Finance to build key models for the platform.
• Lead post‑acquisition integration and execution for new acquisitions.
• Oversee change management through communications and milestones.
• Analyze performance of subsidiaries and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support due diligence for new acquisitions.
• Create collateral content for sellers, investors and co-investors.
• Develop marketing content to strengthen brand on digital channels.
