Job summary

Way is a platform powering the experience economy, combining data, infrastructure, and a marketplace for hospitality, travel, and retail brands. We are seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the COO, own internal reporting, and scale operations through data-driven decision making.

The role focuses on strategic programs, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate Way’s growth across its Austin, Paris, and San Francisco footprint.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, investment banking, high-growth startups, or similar.
• Strong analytical foundation with Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools.
• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support high-priority strategic and operational initiatives with the COO.
• Own internal performance metrics and reporting infrastructure across departments.
• Build and maintain internal databases for scalable business intelligence.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to inform decision-making across product, ops and customer success.
• Identify bottlenecks and design scalable, data-backed solutions.
• Track KPIs and strategic objectives with clear frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement dashboards and share insights.
