EVONA is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the co-founder and CEO during a critical growth phase. This hands-on role translates priorities into action across Growth, Product, Engineering, Programs and Operations, engaging with government customers, partners, investors and the Board.

The assignment is 12–24 months, with potential to transition into a leadership position. You are a builder who thrives in founder-led, high-growth environments, with high ownership and urgency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a founder-led or high-growth startup environment.
• Proven ability to translate priorities into actionable work streams.
• Strong cross-functional influence across teams and functions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Translate CEO priorities into clear actions, owners, deadlines and outcomes.
• Drive execution across high-priority, cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare for leadership meetings and ensure decisions and action items follow-through.
• Keep critical projects moving while the CEO focuses on customers, fundraising and growth.
• Identify blockers and determine CEO involvement as needed.
• Coordinate across Growth, Product, Engineering, Programs and Operations.
• Support alignment between commercial and government growth efforts.
• Prepare board materials, executive briefs and company communications.
