Ladders is seeking a Chief of Staff, Science to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role partners with the Chief Scientific Officer to align priorities, operating rhythms, and decision-making across the Science organization.

You will translate strategy into measurable execution plans, manage cross-functional workstreams, and support collaboration in a fast-moving technology environment while ensuring leadership focus stays aligned with business goals and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related fields.
• Proven strategic problem-solving and leadership across scientific and operational functions.
• Experience in life sciences services or healthcare data consulting.
• Strong executive communication for presentations and decision documents.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading through influence in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Scientific Officer to define and prioritize annual and quarterly goals
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and success metrics
• Manage operations of the Science Leadership Team, including agendas and action tracking
• Identify and communicate cross‑functional risks and decisions to leadership
• Develop an integrated view of service delivery performance and product support
• Coordinate Science Team input for commercial strategy and the product roadmap
• Lead change initiatives and manage the budget for the Science Team

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 annually
