Station70, Inc. is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier for the leadership team. This remote US role will run the operating cadence, manage leadership meetings, quarterly planning, OKRs, and board materials.

You will own cross‑functional projects across partner programs, product launches, compliance milestones, and hiring. You will surface conflicts and blockers across product, sales, and marketing, and drive them to resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in startup operations, consulting, banking, or a prior CoS or BizOps role.
• Exposure to fintech, security, or digital assets strongly preferred.
• Board ready writing and real project management chops.
• Low ego, high ownership, and discretion with sensitive information.
