Belvedir (Fractal Machine Research, Inc.) is seeking an Operations leader to run hiring end to end and own company operations including finance, legal, vendors, and people. You will prepare materials for investors and the board, drive cross-functional projects, and proactively manage gaps across the organization.

The role requires exceptional organization, strong writing, and comfort with technical teams in a fast-growing startup environment in San Francisco.

• Run hiring end to end, from sourcing to closing, and build the processes behind it.
• Own company operations: finance, legal, vendors, office, and people.
• Prepare materials for investors, partners, and the board.
• Drive cross-functional projects and make sure decisions get made and followed through.
• Be the first person to pick up anything that falls between the cracks.

What we are looking for

• 3 or more years in a high-performance environment: early-stage startups, consulting, banking, or an operating role at a fast-growing company.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through.
• Strong writing. Much of this job is communication.
• Comfort with technical teams and technical subject matter.
