Job summary

National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) seeks a Chief of Staff to the President to ensure effective leadership, coordination, and execution of priorities. The role collaborates closely with the President who works remotely, serving as the on-site representative and operational partner in Washington, DC.

The position requires moving between high-level organizational priorities and practical problem-solving, advancing organizational plans, internal processes, and executive initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable summaries.
• Discretion, judgment, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to identify needs and follow through without constant supervision.
• Willingness to work primarily in person at NCOSE's Washington, DC office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the President's primary on-site partner, maintaining visibility into organizational activities and staff needs.
• Coordinate with departments and track commitments, decisions, and priorities.
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, summaries, and follow-up items for executive decisions.
• Lead or coordinate special projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Support cross-departmental communication and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Identify gaps in communication or accountability and work with leaders to address them.
