Job summary

KEH.com seeks a Chief of Staff to the CEO to design and run the weekly leadership cadence, maintain the operating scorecard, and ensure decisions are executed across functions. You will prepare briefing packets, memos, and performance reviews for the CEO and leadership team.

The role emphasizes strategic, hands-on leadership, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to integrate AI, ERP, and analytics initiatives while protecting the CEO’s time for high-impact work.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of professional experience in operating companies.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional programs, strategy execution, or operations.
• Exceptional written communication and executive influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly leadership cadence, agendas, and outcomes with owners and commitments tracked to closure.
• Produce briefing packets, memos, and board-ready materials for leadership and executives.
• Ensure escalation thresholds, decision rights, and follow-through are enforced across initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and align CEO priorities with company-wide execution.
• Serve as an honest broker to improve information flow and protect CEO time.
