The Chicago Architecture Center (CAC) seeks a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO, strengthening strategic alignment and organizational visibility. This role ensures executive priorities are defined, monitored, and supported across the organization, enabling data-driven decision-making and accountability.

As a strategic partner, you will develop executive dashboards, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support enterprise-wide decision processes while maintaining strong communications

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-/master-level education with relevant fields; nonprofit/arts experience preferred.
• Ability to develop executive dashboards, performance reporting systems, and organizational metrics.
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Maintain enterprise visibility of the organization’s strategic plan with KPIs and milestones.
• Prepare weekly executive briefs and decision-support materials for the CEO.
• Sponsor enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and track milestones and interdependencies.
• Prepare Board materials and assist with executive communications with the Communications team.
