Job summary

Fathom, the leading autonomous medical coding platform, is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and extend the leadership team’s reach. This is an operator’s role: you’ll own the systems that keep the company running and drive cadence of board and investor communications.

You’ll map internal workflows, deploy AI agents, and lead how we scale. You’ll sit close to major decisions and move them forward, using tools like Claude and HubSpot to build production-ready automations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with AI tools and building workflows, not just usage.
• Experience supporting executives or leadership teams.
• Strong ability to analyze data and tell a clear story.
• Excellent writing and internal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Run the leadership team’s operating cadence: staff meetings, OKRs, quarterly planning and follow‑through.
• Own the operational backbone across GTM, finance, and people: pipeline reviews, forecasting, reporting and planning cycles.
• Own HubSpot and core internal tooling as systems: data quality, stage definitions, dashboards for leadership and the board.
• Lead special projects the CEO would otherwise own, including diligence, RFP responses, and market analyses.
