The Role

You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, helping the CRO focus on what matters most, accelerate decision-making, and turn ambitious goals into measurable outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks strategically, moves fast, and takes end-to-end ownership of complex challenges in a fast‑paced AI environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Optimize the CRO’s time and priorities through calendar management, executive briefings, meeting preparation, and follow‑ups.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives, align stakeholders, track milestones, and ensure critical deliverables are completed.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, revenue operations, or similar roles.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools and automation to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• A proactive, resourceful, and ownership‑driven mindset with strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑moving environments, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity.

Nice to Haves

• Experience supporting a CRO, CEO, or other C‑level executive.
• Background in AI companies, high‑growth startups, or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with go‑to‑market strategies, revenue operations, sales pipelines, and CRM systems.
• Experience building KPI dashboards, executive reporting systems, or operational workflows from scratch.
• Background in management consulting, strategic finance, or a founder’s office.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation platforms.

Compensation & Benefits Notice

The national pay range for this full‑time position is base salary of $80,000 –$120,000.
