Working closely with senior leaders across global functions, the individual will bring structure, visibility and execution discipline to critical business initiatives. The role requires strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes without direct reporting authority.

  • Translate CEO-directed priorities into actionable execution plans, defining objectives, responsibilities, milestones and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor progress against strategic commitments and proactively identify execution gaps, risks and critical dependencies.
  • Provide fact-based analysis, practical recommendations and alternative solutions to support executive decision-making.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and completion of CEO-assigned initiatives.

2. Cross-Functional Leadership & Coordination

  • Coordinate with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and other global functions.
  • Drive alignment on priorities, responsibilities, timelines and expected business outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving and ensure that execution barriers are escalated and addressed appropriately.
  • Organize executive reviews, leadership meetings and working sessions to maintain momentum on key initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and promote a culture of ownership and accountability.

3. Business Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, management reports and initiative-tracking tools to monitor business performance.
  • Analyze commercial, financial and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and potential risks.
  • Support root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective action plans with relevant business leaders.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and ensure that agreed actions deliver measurable results.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on business progress, key challenges and areas requiring management attention.

4. Executive Reporting & Decision Support

  • Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, management reports and strategic briefing materials.
  • Consolidate complex business information into clear insights, recommendations and decision points.
  • Support communication and alignment between the CEO and the global executive leadership team.
  • Coordinate follow-up on key management decisions, commitments and delegated responsibilities.
  • Support selected board-level and strategic meetings as required.

5. Business Transformation & Special Projects

  • Support the CEO in driving organizational effectiveness, business transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Establish effective management routines, review mechanisms and execution processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, organizational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to enhance business analysis, reporting and management efficiency.
  • Lead or coordinate special projects and high-priority initiatives assigned by the CEO.

  • Previous experience working closely with a CEO, Founder or senior executive leadership team is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business improvements.
