🚀 We’re Hiring: Chief of Staff @ FluidCloud

FluidCloud is building the world’s first cloud-cloning and infrastructure portability platform, enabling enterprises to move, recover, and operate infrastructure freely across clouds, regions, and accounts.

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff with strong operational rigor who can run the execution engine of the company and operate seamlessly across business and engineering teams.

This role works directly with the CEO and sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and growth.

🧠 What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do

• Act as the execution nerve center for FluidCloud
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering
• Set up and run clear operating processes for each function
• Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives tied to pipeline, funnel health, and growth
• Translate company priorities into structured plans, milestones, and execution cadence
• Ensure GTM execution stays aligned with product delivery
• Track dependencies, risks, and handoffs across teams
• Drive weekly operating rhythms around goals, execution, and accountability
• Own coordination of complex, multi-threaded initiatives
• Support leadership with execution, clarity, and follow-through (not just updates)
• This is a hands-on operator role focused on making execution predictable and repeatable.

✅ Background in management consulting or investment banking, combined with strong technical or engineering exposure

✅ Demonstrated operational discipline and comfort designing processes from scratch

✅ Ability to work fluently across business, GTM, and engineering teams

✅ Experience breaking ambiguous problems into clear plans and workstreams

✅ Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

✅ Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environments

No specific title background required — but you should be very comfortable running complex programs, coordinating senior stakeholders, and driving cross-functional execution.
