Job description

About Fluidstack

At Fluidstack, we’re building the infrastructure for abundant intelligence. We partner with top AI labs, governments, and enterprises - including Mistral, Poolside, Black Forest Labs, Meta, and more - to unlock compute at the speed of light. We’re working with urgency to make AGI a reality. As such, our team is highly motivated and committed to delivering world‑class infrastructure. We treat our customers’ outcomes as our own, taking pride in the systems we build and the trust we earn. If you’re motivated by purpose, obsessed with excellence, and ready to work very hard to accelerate the future of intelligence, join us in building what’s next.

About The Role

As Fluidstack scales rapidly to meet the demands of the world's leading AI organizations, we need operational excellence to match our technical ambition. As Senior Manager, Business Process, you will own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the core processes that power our business — from customer onboarding and vendor operations to internal workflows and cross‑functional coordination. You will work closely with Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Operations to eliminate friction, drive efficiency, and build the scalable systems that allow Fluidstack to grow without breaking. This is a high‑impact, highly visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in business process management, operations, management consulting, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end business processes across multiple functions (e.g., procurement, customer ops, finance, or supply chain).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to diagnose process inefficiencies and measure the impact of improvements.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex operational challenges into clear frameworks and recommendations.
  • CPA required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a high-growth technology, infrastructure, or AI/ML company.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Zapier, or similar).
  • Experience building or scaling operations in a globally distributed team.
  • Background in working with technical teams and comfort translating between business and engineering contexts.
Salary & Benefits
  • Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).
  • Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 – $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
