Join us and be a part of a team that is dedicated to creating and implementing innovative tech solutions. This is a great opportunity to lead, grow, and make a significant impact on the future of our organization.

A bit about us:

We're a fast-growing technology company on a mission to transform how the world's factories and frontline operations run. Our platform gives manufacturing and industrial teams the ability to build their own custom software — digital work instructions, quality checklists, machine monitoring, production tracking — without needing a team of developers. The result: frontline workers who have spent decades relying on paper, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge finally get modern, connected tools built for how they actually work.

Founded by a small team of engineers with deep roots in robotics and human-computer interaction, we've grown from an early-stage idea into a venture-backed company trusted by manufacturers around the world, with tens of millions of dollars raised from leading investors. We're still early enough that everyone on the team shapes what we become next, and ambitious enough that the work has real, visible impact on the industrial economy.

Why join us?
  • Direct, daily partnership with executive leadership on the decisions that matter most.
  • Broad exposure across strategy, operations, hiring, and cross-functional projects — not a narrow lane.
  • A high-growth, mission-driven company solving a real, unglamorous problem for an industry (manufacturing) that badly needs modern tools.
  • A culture that values ownership, directness, and getting things done over titles and hierarchy.
  • The chance to shape processes and systems while the company is still small enough that your fingerprints stay on them.

If you're energized by ambiguity, enjoy being the person who makes a complex organization run smoothly, and want a front-row seat to building a category-defining company, we'd love to talk.
