PointOne, a fast-scaling startup in New York, is seeking a versatile operations professional to work directly with the CEO. You will own cross-functional projects end to end, turn ambiguous goals into concrete plans, and help drive company-wide initiatives that touch fundraising, hiring, operations, and go-to-market.

This role rewards ownership, clarity, and strong written communication as you partner with founders and early team members.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a high-ownership role such as operations, consulting, banking, or an early-stage startup.

ABOUT POINTONE

PointOne is reinventing how law firms operate. We build infrastructure for the legal industry, powering timekeeping and billing systems used by law firms and government agencies. Our AI-powered timekeeper helps attorneys capture billable time automatically and provides rich insights that transform how legal work is managed. We're a venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) made up of software engineers and ex-attorneys. To keep up with inbound customer demand, we're quickly scaling the team following a $16M Series A.

WHO YOU ARE

You have:

• 3-6 years in a high-ownership role such as operations, consulting, banking, or an early-stage startup
• A generalist's range, moving between strategy, execution, and the details without losing momentum
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• A high degree of ownership and comfort operating autonomously in ambiguity
• The judgment to be trusted with sensitive information and to work closely with the founders

The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
