Dentsu in New York seeks a trusted, strategic executive assistant to the CEO, serving as right-hand partner responsible for day-to-day governance, project management, and cross-functional coordination across the business.
You will manage time, agendas, communications, and major initiatives, orchestrating interactions with leaders, clients, and stakeholders while maintaining proactive risk management and data-driven decision support.

The purpose of this role is to be the right-hand person and trusted, strategic advisor for the CEO or Executive Leader. They are a problem solver who will create and lead the day to day governance, project management and coordination across all aspects of their respective business.
The annual base salary range for this position is $164,450-$219,075. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
